About Dr. Ashlee Saddler
Ashlee Saddler is the CEO of Saddler Consulting.
Ashlee Saddler is the District Support Chief for the University of Virginia’s Partnership for Leaders in Education (UVA-PLE) program. Through UVA-PLE, Ashlee travels the country partnering with district leaders to support turnaround efforts to impact systemic and sustainable change that targets student achievement outcomes. She also serves as a leadership coach through the Public Education and Business Coalition (PEBC) where she provides engaging, timely, and interactive professional learning designed specifically for the adult learner. Over the past 16 years, Ashlee has proven to be a successful leader and has served as a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education director, principal and assistant principal in the Aurora Public School district. Ashlee embodies hard work, dedication, and integrity while creating an infectious energy that drives others to be their best. Ashlee holds herself and others to high expectations, a value held throughout her career.
Ashlee started her career as a mental health professional and provided mental health and therapeutic services to students, children, and families. Ashlee has earned her Master’s of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has worked in the mental health field in Illinois, Indiana, and Colorado. Ashlee earned her second Master’s Degrees from Colorado State University in education and completed her doctoral studies at Baylor University. Ashlee’s passion for supporting and developing others has extended to her doctoral research, which centers around professional learning for principals.
Through her consulting business, Ashlee facilitates leadership development to leaders in business, educational, private, and non-profit sectors. Ashlee enjoys public speaking, presenting to educators, growing and developing as a leader, and mentoring upcoming leaders.
